I was craving a banh mi and ordered a vegan cold cut and it was super flavourful. I also ordered the spring rolls and they were super crispy. “ The lemongrass and mushroom tofu is so delicious. Close to my grandmas recipe who passed away. There are also these mini banh mi soft baguettes you can get to make skinny little banh mis at home with pate and butter. They are still pretty good on their own, but I really like the size and texture. Definitely check them out if you need vegetarian fare. Can also order catering like trays of spring rolls. Next time I’ll get more tofu! ”

“ Really enjoyed our experience at Mama Tofu! My partner and I were headed home, and found this gem on our way. Everything is vegan, cash and etransfer only. We arrived before they opened, but by chance we met one of the chefs/staff at the Asian grocer right beside. The lady even opened early for us to make us Bahn Mis! It was absolutely delicious, and so kind of her to do. We took our meal to go, but I enjoyed the Quan Yin alter, and all the handmade decorations. Would definitely go back! Thank you so much!! ”

“ I was watching @VeganHacks brag about the vietnamese food court/mall in LA, so I thought we had to have something like it. I was not wrong!! Its tofu heaven here. Everything is Vegan even though some items say "shrimp" or "chicken". The flavors of tofu are really tasty, and the Bahn Mi is affordable. What more can you ask for! ”
